Origins

Perhaps the most Yankois trace their roots to Québec, as a result of the industrial revolution when a million Québécois moved to the United States to work in its millyards. No matter the distance traveled or generations past, any who have French in their history and call New England home may call themselves Yankois or Yankoise.

Population
